A non-refundable Euro 100 payment to secure your space immediately, 50% non-refundable deposit will be required by December 31st. The final payment will be required 31 May 2026. If I am able to fill your space after a cancellation, I will refund 90% of your total payment. If the space cannot be filled, you will receive a 50% refund, less the €100 registration fee. I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
