Logisitics and STUFF
Welcome to our digital home base! While our WhatsApp group is for the 'right now' stuff and quick exchanges, consider this page your steady anchor. Below, you’ll find the essential 'boring-but-important' details—from logistics to packing tips—so you can spend less time scrolling and more time getting into a creative headspace. We’ll keep this updated as our plans evolve!

Transfers & Arrivals
We want your arrival in France to be as smooth and stress-free as possible! To help you settle in, we are providing coordinated group transfers on the 31st from both the major airport and the local train station.

•Geneva Airport (GVA): We will have shuttles running from the airport starting early in the morning until 15:00.
•Annecy Train Station: For those arriving by TGV or local rail, we will also provide pickups from the station through 15:00.
Our First Meeting: Please aim to arrive at the lodging by 16:00. Our first official "rendez-vous" is at 16:30 for an introductory apéro, followed by a welcome dinner.

What we need from you: Once you have booked your travel, please email me your flight number or train arrival time. This allows us to group everyone into the most efficient shuttle runs and ensures no one is left waiting!
Health, Safety and Travel Insurance
A quick but important reminder: please ensure you have purchased comprehensive travel insurance that includes healthcare coverage for the duration of your stay. Having this "just in case" allows everyone to focus entirely on the creative journey ahead without any worries.
Packling suggestions will be forthcoming. Don't worry we won't be climbing ladders...

Pre & Post trip Excursions

If you'd like assistance with ideas for pre or post trip excursions, I'm here to help. Jet lag can be a bear, whereas a pre-retreat pause in Paris, Lyon, or Annecy and the lake villages--Or doing the Tour de Mont Blanc?--could be inspiring add-ons? Email me your questions

Packing List, the Creative Essentials
This list will evolve, but for the moment:

-
Favorite Tools: Bring only your absolute favorites, everything necessary is included and provided
-
The "Paint Uniform": Bring clothes you don't mind getting a little "creative" on!
-
Mountain Chic: Layers are life! Think sweaters, a light jacket/fleece, raincoat, and scarves for chilly mountain evenings. But also a swimsuit, shorts, and t-shirts. It will be warm, cool, hot, wet, dry, windy, and calm (potentially all in the same day!)
-
Sturdy Shoes: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are a must for exploring. We'll be hiking some trails to find the most wonderful places to explore creatively.
-
And most importantly bring your curiosity, your willingness to play, and a good sense of humor!!
